II.Theme of the Contest
Life with Fashion
III.Requirements for the Works
Based on series, including Women's dress, children's garment, leisure wear, home wear and business wear, with strong fashionable feelings and distinct cultural styles, designed with ingenuity and made with extra care.
All works should be made and designed in accordance with the series, and the supporting ornaments and accessories should be complete.
IV.Established Awards (based on the series)
Gold Medal 1, Silver Medal 2, Bronze Medal 2, Award of Excellence 5.
The Organizing Committee of China (Qingdao) International Fashion Week will award prize and honorary certificate to the winners of above-mentioned awards.
V Notice to Participants
3-5 works for each series, scored on the spot in compliance with the rules and regulations of appraisal and selection.
Works may be shown by participants themselves or volunteer models designated by the Organizing Committee.
Works that took part in the former “Civilian Show” cannot participate in the contest again.

Fashion Photographer Contest of 2008 China (Qingdao)International Fashion Week |

II.Requirement
News Photography or Artistic Photography: 3 news photographs relating to series of activities or 3 artistic photographs of works release of 2008 China (Qingdao) International Fashion Week
III.Award
1 Gold Medal, 1 Silver Medal , 3-4 Bronze Medals and 10-20 Excellent Prizes
Ⅳ. Method of Appraising
Standard: Overall evaluation for the originality, aesthetic expression and photographic technique of the participating works.
Preliminary Appraising: Appraised by the Organizing Committee of China (Qingdao) International Fashion Week and its cooperative units.
Final Appraising: Appraised by experts committee.
IV. Notice to Participants
1.Professional photographer, Chinese and foreign press photographer and lover of photography are all eligible for the contest.
2.Works for the contest shall meet the requirements of the Contest and indicate the author's name, shooting site and content of the photographs.
3.Works for the contest shall be no less than 3 photographs and adopt 300dpi and jpg format, and the size of electronic text is 60X80cm.
4.Works for the contest must be originals of the participants and have no liability related to intellectual property right and other legal liability; the participants shall possess the copyright of the works and China (Qingdao) International Fashion Week shall have the right to use, release and paid popularizing and promoting the works.
